27 Startups. One Ticker. How Scalare Partners (ASX: SCP) Turned a Founder Pipeline Into a Listed Portfolio

Scalare sees Australia's best early-stage founders before anyone else does. Then it invests. Then it lodges the numbers. Read them before the crowd.

Deal flow is the whole game in early-stage investing. Everyone can write a cheque. Almost nobody sees the right companies first. Scalare Partners (ASX: SCP) built its entire model around being the one that does.

Scalare operates Tank Stream Labs and Fishburners, founder communities that provide workspace, programs and services to early-stage technology companies across Australia. Founders arrive for the support. Scalare gets something no outside investor can buy: months of watching those founders work before a single dollar is invested. Its investments are sourced from inside that ecosystem.

The result is a portfolio of 27 early-stage technology companies across six categories, fintech, healthtech, regtech, cleantech, SaaS and AI, as at 31 December 2025. Named holdings include WithU, MyPass, CHI and Zondii.

And unlike a venture fund, the pipeline itself earns money. Revenue and other income up 360% on the prior corresponding period for the half-year to 31 December 2025, per the Appendix 4D lodged with the ASX on 27 February 2026. Includes revenue from businesses acquired during the period; growth was materially acquisition-driven, with Tank Stream Labs around 73% of service revenue. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance. The full filing is on the ASX announcements platform under SCP.

That is the part institutions understand and retail is only now catching up to: the founder communities are not a cost centre, they are a revenue line and a sourcing machine in the same building.

This is how the big end of town has always invested in technology: see the company early, back it early, own it when the rest of the market arrives. Scalare has put that model on the ASX under one code. Shares are traded on the ASX, subject to market liquidity.

NextNRG's 1-for-10 reverse split takes effect on the last day of its Nasdaq bid-price compliance period

The company said Thursday the split becomes effective at 12:00 a.m. ET on Monday, Sept. 14 — the date its Form 8-K gives as the end of the 180-day period to regain compliance with Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price rule. Nasdaq's rules require at least ten consecutive business days at the standard to cure, and only one split-adjusted session falls inside the window. NextNRG held $883,696 of cash at June 30 against a $6,624,702 GAAP quarterly loss, with two secured loans maturing Oct. 1.
