What was lodged

On 27 February 2026 Scalare Partners Holdings Limited lodged its H1 FY26 Appendix 4D and Half Year Report with the ASX, covering the six months to 31 December 2025. Total revenue for the half rose around 360% on the prior corresponding period. The full breakdown is in the lodged filing on the ASX announcements platform.

The company attributes most of that growth to the integration of businesses it acquired during the period into its operating arm, which runs founder communities, programs and support services. Because those acquisitions are inside the number, the growth rate is a comparison of a larger group with a smaller one, not a like for like measure of organic growth.

Net assets rose to $18.2 million from $13.4 million at 30 June 2025. The investment portfolio was carried at $11.9 million across 27 companies, with the company reporting total realised and unrealised returns to date of approximately 209% on that portfolio.

How to read the numbers

Unrealised returns are carrying value estimates. They move with funding rounds, revaluations and write downs, and only become cash when a position is sold. Revenue growth in a period that includes acquisitions reflects those acquisitions. Past performance, in revenue or in portfolio value, is not an indicator of future performance.

The primary record is the company's own filing. Read the Appendix 4D and the accompanying investor presentation in full on the ASX before forming a view.
